Nokia XL is developed under Android Open Source Project which is a free version of Android OS that does not require any permission from Google. This makes users free to download copy of Android and add their own features in the OS. But on the other side, they can’t provide services that require Google’s permission like Youtube, Google Play Store, Gmail. Nokia has replaced them with their own set of services like “Here Maps” replaces “Google Maps” and “Microsoft cloud” replacing Google cloud. Apps can be downloaded from Nokia’s version of the Google Play Store. So, basically every service is been developed.
